Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Operators / Labourers to join road construction and maintenance crews working on projects throughout the Maranoa Region. These roles are suited to candidates with civil construction experience, as well as those looking to build their skills in plant operation. The primary focus will be operating rollers, with training available for the right applicants who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Operating rollers and other civil construction equipment Assisting with road construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation works Performing general labouring duties as required Working as part of an experienced road crew Following workplace health and safety procedures and site requirements About You Previous experience in civil construction, roadworks, or labouring is highly regarded Roller operating experience is desirable, however training will be provided for suitable candidates Ability to work safely in a team environment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Hold relevant plant tickets (highly regarded) Hold a current driver's licence Hold a current valid White Card Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, police check, and drug & alcohol screening if need be Who we are As one of Australia's largest employers, we work with great companies all around Australia and New Zealand to give you the best opportunities to work when and where you want to.
