At Port Pirie Regional Health Services, we’re seeking an experienced individual to lead our catering department with excellence. As our Catering Manager, you’ll oversee a diverse and dedicated team, managing everything from staff rosters to food preparation, all while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Your leadership will play a crucial role in delivering cost-effective catering services that meet both the needs of our patients and staff. What You’ll Bring to the Role Successful completion of Certificate 3 in Commercial Cooking (desirable) Relevant catering experience with a solid understanding of food safety. Proven supervisory skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A proactive approach to ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislative requirements. The ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operations to meet financial and service targets.
