We’re looking for dedicated Services Assistants to join our team at Wallaroo Hospital and Health Services. If you’re a team player who takes pride in providing efficient and high-quality service in catering, housekeeping, and laundry, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Utility Services : Perform minor repairs, manage laundry services (washing, sorting, folding, ironing), and maintain cleanliness of carpets and windows. Catering : Prepare meals, assist with client menu selections, plate and serve food, and handle food complaints with professionalism. Material Management : Maintain and order stock, request equipment repairs, and monitor vending machine stock. Health Unit Operations : Operate machinery as required, assist colleagues, and follow clear instructions to ensure smooth operations. What We’re Looking For: Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in diverse settings. Flexibility with work hours and rosters. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism. Basic knowledge of housekeeping, catering, and laundry. Familiarity with food safety, infection control, and occupational health standards.
