The Role As Sous Chef, you will work closely alongside the Head Chef to deliver a constantly evolving menu inspired by the region's finest seasonal produce. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will play a key part in kitchen operations, menu execution, team development, stock management, and maintaining the exceptional standards the venue has become known for. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, mentor junior chefs, and help drive a culture focused on creativity, consistency, and excellence.
