About the Role As Centre Director, you'll play a pivotal role in launching and leading this new service. Key Responsibilities Lead the successful opening and ongoing operation of the centre Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and National Law Drive occupancy growth and family engagement Manage centre budgets, rostering, and operational performance Lead continuous quality improvement and Assessment & Rating readiness Inspire educators to deliver engaging, play-based learning programs Promote child safety and wellbeing at all times About You You'll be a passionate and motivated leader who enjoys supporting others to succeed.
