About the role As the Property Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are managed efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio Lease administration and tenant communication Conducting routine property inspections Coordinating maintenance and repairs Managing contractor relationships and service delivery Working closely with stakeholders to maximise property performance Delivering exceptional customer service to both owners and tenants About you Current Real Estate Registration Previous experience in commercial property management Strong knowledge of commercial leasing and property management principles Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and solutions-focused approach Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities What's in it for you?
