This is not one of them. This opportunity sits at the centre of a faith-based organisation where property is not just about assets, but about enabling people and communities to function every day. It’s a role shaped with intent, bringing together work that was once scattered, and creating something far more meaningful in the process. This position brings together property, administration, compliance and stakeholder support, alongside broader church operations, into one cohesive role. At its heart, it’s about keeping everything moving – quietly, consistently, and often behind the scenes. Working alongside a highly experienced Property Lead, you’ll become a trusted right hand. There is mentorship here in its truest form – decades of knowledge shared in real time, as you step into the rhythm of a portfolio that is varied, complex and, at times, unpredictable. Because no two days will look the same. One moment might see you coordinating urgent maintenance or responding to contractor queries, the next reviewing documentation or supporting a compliance need. Plans shift, priorities change, and the work asks you to stay composed, practical and solutions focused. The environment itself adds another layer of depth. Operating across a decentralised network, this organisation supports a wide range of sites, each with its own challenges and context. Some properties are longstanding, others emerge unexpectedly. Few situations are straightforward. And yet, through it all, the aim remains the same – to ensure the spaces people rely on work. That is where you come in. This role will suit someone who enjoys that balance of structure and unpredictability. Someone who can manage detail but is equally comfortable stepping into the unknown. You may already have exposure to property, facilities, or coordination work, or you may be looking to build on a foundation and take your next step. Just as important is mindset . Here, the work is grounded in service. It requires flexibility, ownership, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. This is not a role defined by corporate polish or high-end reward structures. Instead, it offers something harder to find - variety, mentorship, genuine growth, and the chance to contribute to something that matters. For the right person, it’s more than a job. It’s a place to learn, to contribute, and to build something meaningful over time.
