What you’ll do: Provide end-to-end EA support to the lead agent and Team Management – managing calendars, inbox, reporting, and client communications. Oversee team operations, ensuring workflows run smoothly across all real estate functions. Prepare and manage contracts, including Form 6 documentation, with accuracy and attention to detail. Utilise CRMs to maintain client data, track sales, and streamline processes. Liaise with high-calibre clientele and key stakeholders, delivering a premium service experience. About You Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting a real estate agent in an EA, PA, or operations capacity Strong understanding of real estate contracts, Form 6 documentation, and compliance Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive in your approach Tech-savvy with CRM systems and process improvement mindset Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders Ambitious and motivated to step into a future Operations Manager role Why This Role?
