A developer Builder operating in Melbourne's inner northern corridor is currently seeking a contract administrator to join their team. Operating now for over 20 years this business has a sound pipeline of future development typically taking 3 projects to site per annum between $5 - $10M in construction value. As a contract administrator you will work closely with the Project Manager ensuring early letting of packages are managed as developments start construction as well as overseeing variations, costing of materials, RFI and budget management across the business. As the developer builder the company have a strong focus on how they programme their projects with good solid relationships across their subcontractor base. Candidates are sought who have a good 1 - 5 years experience as a CA ideally having worked in the mid density apartment sector and/ or high end residential market, ideally here in Melbourne.
