This formidable outfit in the landscaping industry has built a strong and tight-knit crew of 20 construction staff in their VIC division, who continue to pump out projects to the highest quality. Their repeat clientele are predominantly Tier 1 contractors, with typical projects ranging from $1m - $10m, involving all facets of minor civils and soft landscaping. You will work collaboratively with an experienced and proven Project Manager, inherit a trusted Leading Hand and crew of qualified and hardworking personnel, and work closely with clients to deliver the goods. The Role Read and interpret plans Site set out Procurement of materials, equipment and resources Subcontractor management WHS implementation Quality control Oversee and delegate duties to Trades & Labour Liaise with clients Report in collaboration with a Project Manager Cost tracking and forecasting The Requirements 2-3 years as a Foreman, Supervisor or Site Manager Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture Experience on commercial or civil landscaping projects Drivers license Looking to Relocate?
