Project Manager | Commercial Construction | Fit-Out & Refurbishment $150,000 - $160,000 Super | Melbourne Metro | An established commercial builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Melbourne team. Delivering projects up to $7M, this role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio including fit-out, refurbishment, remediation, extensions and defects projects. Working alongside a young, energetic team of 12 office staff, you will take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality. The role is primarily office-based in Melbourne with regular site visits across metro projects. We're seeking a technically strong Project Manager with excellent construction knowledge and a practical understanding of building methodology. A trade background would be highly regarded, but is not essential. You'll be confident managing multiple stakeholders, driving project outcomes, and providing guidance and mentorship to Contract Administrators. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from award through to completion. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and clients. Monitor project programmes, budgets and quality outcomes. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Mentor and support Contract Administrators. Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery. About You Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial construction projects. Experience across fit-out, refurbishment Strong technical construction knowledge and understanding of construction methodology. Trade background desirable but not essential. Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. What's on Offer Salary of $150,000 - $160,000 Super.
