Your new role Leading and executing the People & Culture strategy aligned to organisational growth. Acting as a trusted advisor on HR, ER/IR, workforce planning, WHS and organisational development matters. Driving HR transformation initiatives across systems, processes, governance and workforce capability. Leading workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and performance frameworks. Supporting organisational change initiatives and integration activities. Building scalable people processes, structures and frameworks. Managing compliance across employment legislation, awards, policies and procedures. Partnering with leaders to improve employee engagement, capability and retention. Leading and developing a growing People & Culture team What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced senior HR leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and brings a strong balance of strategy and delivery. You will demonstrate: Creating scalable people processes to support future expansion Strong ER/IR capability and knowledge of Australian employment legislation (SCHADS highly regarded) Background in complex, regulated industries (e.g. community services, healthcare, NFP or similar) Experience building or transforming HR functions in growth or change environments Delivering transformation initiatives while maintaining operational excellence. Strong exposure to WHS, compliance, and risk management frameworks HR systems implementation and optimisation.
