What you'll be doing Acting as the day-to-day HR point of contact for a portfolio of client businesses, building real relationships, not just ticket queues Providing practical, commercially minded advice on employee relations, performance, and workplace issues Supporting clients through the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, performance management, exits, and everything in between Helping shape and deliver HR strategies, policies, and workforce plans tailored to each client's stage and goals What you'll bring Solid generalist HR experience with strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and the Fair Work system A genuine consulting mindset — comfortable managing multiple clients, priorities, and personalities at once Confidence having direct conversations with business owners and leaders, even on tricky topics A people-first attitude paired with commercial common sense If you're ready to swap rigid corporate HR for varied, hands-on consulting where your advice actually moves the needle, we'd love to hear from you.
