Job Description This is a leadership role with breadth, impact and real influence. As People & Culture Consulting Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across employee relations, operational safety and wellbeing, while partnering closely with leaders and People & Culture stakeholders across TAL. You’ll bring together technical expertise, sound judgement and people leadership to help ensure workplace matters are handled fairly, consistently and with care. Just as importantly, you’ll help uplift leader capability, strengthen the people experience and drive smarter, more sustainable ways of working across the function. In this role you will: Lead and develop a high-performing P&C Consulting team, fostering an inclusive, accountable culture where people feel empowered to do their best work. Own and manage complex employee relations matters end-to-end, providing clear, expert advice across performance, misconduct and investigations. Oversee operational safety, wellbeing and workers’ compensation, ensuring incidents and claims are managed effectively while building a strong, proactive safety culture. Partner with leaders and P&C stakeholders to deliver practical, people-first solutions aligned to business priorities and change initiatives. Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes (including ServiceNow), using data and insights to uplift P&C service delivery and outcomes.
