The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for a Technology Account Manager to manage and grow an established customer portfolio. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll work closely with customers, identify opportunities and support their technology requirements across collaboration and communication solutions. With strong internal support and ongoing product training, this opportunity would suit an experienced Account Manager or someone from a technology background ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers across Queensland Develop trusted relationships and become a valued partner to your customers Identify growth opportunities across assigned technology categories Work closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions Maintain CRM activity and sales forecasts Achieve sales and growth objectives Occasional travel within Queensland to support customers and strengthen relationships About You: Experience in B2B sales, account management or customer-facing roles within technology, AV, telecommunications, unified communications, networking or related industries Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a customer-first approach Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and grow existing accounts Technical aptitude and a genuine interest in technology and emerging solutions Experience with collaboration, communication or workplace technology solutions will be highly regarded; however, we are also open to candidates ready to take the next step into an Account Manager role from Internal Sales, Product Specialist, Presales, Sales Support or retail technology sales environments Enthusiastic, driven and eager to build a long-term career in technology sales Current driver's licence and own transport How to apply Click APPLY to submit your application.
