Responsibilities / What You’ll Do Your focus is to increase product sales volume, expand market share, secure new customers, and support existing accounts. Account management and defending significant existing business. Identify and secure new business across Tier 1 to 3 builders, giving you the opportunity to grow an already valuable customer base Use of Microsoft Excel for sales analysis and identifying sales opportunities Manage and execute a territory plan, allowing you enough structure to see the results of your hard work Strengthen relationships with key builders and contractors to defend and expand your market position in Victoria Drive sales by increasing your share of wallet and profitability with each customer Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve What You’ll Need / Who You Are Field sales experience within the building or hardware industry. If you have called on hardware stores, trades or builders, this is a unique opportunity to fast-track your career Commercially astute with strong relationship building and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organised, and proactive Competent with CRM systems and MS Excel Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel 1-2 days a month in regional Victoria.
