Description Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Fountain Gate Shopping Centre Glad Maintenance is seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Fountain Gate Shopping Centre . This role is suited to a hands-on maintenance professional who can work independently, manage daily reactive tasks, support the Facilities Management team, and maintain a high standard of workmanship across a busy retail environment. Role Responsibilities - The successful applicant will assist with general maintenance duties across the shopping centre, including: - General handyman and building maintenance tasks - Reactive maintenance requests - Minor repairs and make-good works - Painting, patching, plastering and basic carpentry repairs - Door, wall, ceiling and fixture repairs - Assisting with inspections and preventative maintenance tasks - Supporting contractors and site teams where required - Maintaining safe and clean work areas - Reporting completed works and any site issues to management Skills And Experiences Required Licences / Tickets Applicants must have: - Current EWP Licence - Current White Card - Valid driver’s licence - Strong understanding of safe work practices Preferred Experience Previous experience in a shopping centre, commercial building, facilities maintenance, or similar environment will be highly regarded.
