Role overview The Sales and Marketing Manager role exists to drive business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and client engagement initiatives. This position is responsible for increasing brand visibility, expanding market share, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved through structured planning and execution. Key responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for expansion. Plan, direct, and coordinate promotional campaigns, advertising, and public relations activities. Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners. Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales and marketing team to drive performance and accountability. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to support strategic decision‑making. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients and suppliers. Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, and online advertising. Qualifications and skills Certificate III or IV in Business/Marketing or equivalent vocational training will be highly regarded. Minimum 1-2 years’ proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development leadership. Strong knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement strategies. Demonstrated ability to design and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
