Client Details We're working with a global engineering business to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator for their Wangara office. This role sits between sales, operations and supply chain, ensuring customer orders, quotes and enquiries are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish. It's a full-time, office-based role in a small, close-knit team where collaboration is key. Description What you'll be doing: Managing customer enquiries via email and phone Preparing and processing quotes Coordinating product supply with offshore warehouses Managing order updates, billing queries and issue resolution Working closely with internal sales, logistics and operations teams Maintaining accurate system records Profile What we're looking for: Experience in customer service, order processing or office support Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment Strong email-based communication skills Ability to quickly learn technical product information Experience in manufacturing, construction or engineering environments will be highly regarded.
