This is a leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing commercial outcomes, operational excellence, customer relationships, and people leadership. You'll have the autonomy to run the branch as your own business while being supported by a wider national leadership team. You'll be responsible for: Driving branch profitability, growth, and performance Leading and developing a team across operations, sales, customer service, warehousing, and administration Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders Managing budgets, forecasts, and branch performance targets Ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, service delivery, and customer outcomes Coaching, mentoring, and developing future leaders within the business Supporting business growth through strong commercial and operational decision-making What We're Looking For Previous experience leading a branch, business unit, or operational division Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets and P&L outcomes Experience managing people, performance, and business growth A hands-on leadership style and ability to lead from the front Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence Experience within industrial services, lifting, rigging, engineering, manufacturing, construction, or a related technical environment will be highly regarded.
