Your New Role This is a 12-month contract opportunity offering between $320 - $360 per day super.As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end desktop and user support services. Your responsibilities will include device provisioning and refresh activities, onboarding and offboarding support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and managing tickets through ITSM and CMDB tools. You'll also support remote users, configure enterprise applications, and ensure timely resolution of incidents while providing a high level of service, including VIP user support.
