This high-profile initiative will deliver an integrated ecosystem including a customer portal, CRM, modern data capabilities and enterprise integrations, driving improved customer experiences, streamlined processes and better business insights. Your New Role Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will support Agile delivery across multiple delivery pods, ensuring teams remain aligned, productive and focused on delivering outcomes.Working closely with Dev Leads, Product Owners, architects, developers, testers and business stakeholders, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, monitor delivery progress and help remove blockers. You'll play a key role in maintaining delivery cadence, supporting backlog readiness, tracking sprint performance and promoting continuous improvement across the program. What You'll Need to Succeed You will bring proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Iteration Manager or similar within complex technology programs.Key requirements include: Experience supporting multiple Agile teams or delivery pods. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, backlog management and sprint delivery practices. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and stakeholder workshops. Advanced Azure DevOps skills across backlog management, sprint planning, reporting and dependency tracking. Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated capability identifying and managing delivery risks, blockers and dependencies. Experience working within environments that balance Agile delivery with governance, reporting and release management requirements. Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Fabric or large enterprise transformation programs will be highly regarded.
