Full-Time | Huge Earning Potential | Allowances | Shift Work Osborne Park Location | National Company About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Maintenance Fitters to join the maintenance team at Baiada's Osborne Park facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring plant equipment and production lines operate efficiently through proactive maintenance, fault finding and repair. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment including conveyors, processing machinery and mechanical systems. Shift, Salary & Real Earning Potential Base Rate: $47.43 per hour super Full-time, rotating shifts: 5:00am - 1:00pm $47.43/hr 1:00pm - 9:00pm (15% shift loading = $54.54 per hour) 9:00pm - 5:00am (25% shift loading = $59.29 per hour) Additional Weekly Allowances: Tool Allowance: $21.90 | First Aid Allowance: $21.47 (if applicable) Estimated annual earnings can exceed $100K depending on shift rotation and overtime worked.
