About the Role In this position, you will: Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements Liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, and workshop staff Manage quotations, approvals, and repair progress updates Maintain accurate job records and documentation Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies About You We're looking for someone who: Has experience as an Estimator in smash repairs or a strong automotive background Understands vehicle repair processes and insurance workflows Is confident using estimating software and digital systems Is proactive, organised, and customer-focused Has strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail While our preference is to appoint an experienced Estimator, we also welcome applications from experienced Panel Beaters and other automotive professionals looking to step into an estimating role.
