Enforce rigorous quality control and strict site safety compliance. Maintain clear daily reporting and communication with the Project Manager. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering industrial or large commercial builds. Strong history of managing major civil, structural, and fitout trades. Sharp eye for structural accuracy, safety protocols, and quality finishes. Decisive leadership style with a collaborative approach to solving on-site challenges. Valid White Card, relevant trade background, and full Australian working rights.
