A leading mining contractor is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team delivering major projects across multiple Tier 1 mining operations in Western Australia. Working closely with site leadership and project teams, you will play a key role in ensuring safety standards, compliance and best practice are upheld across site operations. Key Responsibilities Managing the incident and injury investigation and reporting process on the site aligned with corporate timelines Maintaining HSE documentation and initiate continuous improvement as applicable Providing accurate and quality HSE reporting as per client and company timelines. Analyse OHS data (over time) to establish any trends Ensure corrective actions are recorded and processed Maintain environmental monitoring records in database Audit and inspections completed as per schedule Audit plan for procedures is developed and audits are conducted as per plan About You Minimum 3 years in similar role Proven experience working as an HSE Advisor within mining, heavy industry or major construction projects Strong knowledge of WA mining safety legislation and site safety systems Experience conducting incident investigations and safety audits Excellent communication skills and ability to influence safety behaviours on site Relevant Health & Safety qualifications (Cert IV WHS minimum) Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening What’s on Offer Competitive hourly rates Long-term secured project work Work with a reputable contractor delivering major mining projects Supportive team environment with strong safety culture If you’re an experienced HSE Advisor looking for your next FIFO opportunity, apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion.
