We are currently working on an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Associate (any level of SA) to join one of Australia's leading Corporate & M&A practices. The successful candidate will play a key role across a broad mix of public and private M&A transactions and work directly with highly respected partners in a collaborative, high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead key workstreams on public and private M&A transactions. Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide commercially focused advice. Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation. Coordinate due diligence processes and transaction execution. Work closely with partners on complex and high-profile matters. Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team. Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management. Requirements Senior Associate level experience within a Corporate / M&A practice. Strong public M&A experience is preferred, although candidates with high-quality private M&A experience and a keen interest to do both are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated ability to manage transactions and take ownership of significant matters. Confidence engaging directly with clients and other stakeholders. Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers. Strong technical drafting skills and commercial judgement. A genuine interest in developing expertise across both public and private M&A.
