The Role Working as part of a well-established and high-performing team, you will advise insurers, self-insured corporations and government clients across a broad range of matters, including: Workers' compensation Public and occupiers' liability Self-insurance claims Catastrophic and serious injury matters CTP and accident compensation claims Policy coverage and interpretation disputes Alternative dispute resolution and litigation You will also have the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters involving multiple parties, cross-claims and significant quantum, providing excellent exposure and development opportunities.
