Our client is a well-established national commercial law firm seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Construction team in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to join a partner-led practice working on high-quality matters across major development and infrastructure projects, construction contracts, and dispute resolution. In this role, you will work closely with a highly regarded Brisbane Partner known for strong mentorship and technical development, while taking on meaningful responsibility across a diverse mix of front-end and back-end construction matters. You will advise a broad client base including developers, contractors, government bodies, universities, and infrastructure organisations, and be involved in matters spanning contract drafting and negotiation through to disputes and project advisory work. The team is collaborative, down-to-earth, and supportive, with a strong focus on development and hands-on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded construction lawyer looking to build depth across both transactional and disputes work within a respected national platform.
