The Role Working closely with experienced Partners and senior practitioners, you will act for a diverse client base including companies, directors, shareholders, insolvency practitioners, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals across a wide range of complex disputes, including: Shareholder and corporate disputes Technology and digital asset litigation Cryptocurrency and asset recovery matters Property and leasing disputes Defamation Contractual and commercial disputes Banking, finance and insolvency litigation Professional negligence claims Planning and environment matters This is a hands-on role offering significant responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work on matters that are both commercially significant and intellectually engaging.
