Due to continued growth, the Brisbane team is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to work alongside highly regarded Family Law Principals and advise on a broad range of sophisticated matters. The Opportunity Working alongside highly regarded Family Law Principals, you will advise clients across a broad range of complex family law matters, including: High-net-worth property and financial settlements Parenting and children's matters Complex separation and relationship disputes Family violence and protection order matters Mediation and alternative dispute resolution Trust, corporate and third-party interest matters International and cross-border family law issues This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters while continuing to develop your technical expertise and leadership capability within a collaborative national practice.
