We’re currently seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join a leading South Australian civil contractor delivering a major renewable energy project located just east of Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark project while joining a highly respected contractor with a strong reputation for project delivery, employee development, and long-term career progression. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of civil construction works across a major renewable energy project Support site teams with planning, programming, and subcontractor management Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements Monitor quality, safety, and environmental compliance across site activities Liaise with supervisors, project engineers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project delivery What We’re Looking For: Experience working as a Site Engineer or Graduate Engineer within civil construction, infrastructure, or energy projects Exposure to bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities, or large-scale civil works highly regarded Relevant Engineering or Construction-related qualification Driven attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop within the industry What’s on Offer: $110k – $120k Base Salary Vehicle Super Opportunity to work on a major renewable energy project with a leading South Australian contractor Strong pipeline of secured work across infrastructure, energy, and civil projects Supportive team environment with clear pathways into Project Engineering and beyond Long-term project stability with a respected and growing contractor If you’re looking to step into a role where you can make an impact early and grow with a business that values its people, this is worth a conversation.
