Precast Concrete Labourers | Casual | Wingfield We are seeking 6 reliable and physically fit Precast Concrete Labourers for casual on-going assignment with leading precast manufacturers. These roles are best suited to candidates who are dependable, safety-focused and comfortable working in physically demanding industrial environments. About the Role Assisting with the manufacture and production of precast concrete products Preparing moulds and formwork for concrete pours Stripping moulds and demoulding finished concrete products Finishing, patching and quality checking concrete products Operating hand and power tools safely General factory housekeeping and labouring duties Maintaining a clean and safe work environment This is a hands-on role requiring repetitive lifting, manual handling and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Shift Times Monday - Friday - times to be confirmed later Pay Rate $32 - $33 per hour Super (dependent on experience, skills and assignment) To Be Considered You Must Have Previous experience in precast concrete, concrete manufacturing, construction labouring or a similar heavy industrial environment Ability to safely perform repetitive manual handling and lift up to 25kg Experience using hand and power tools Strong work ethic and reliability (consistent attendance is essential) Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team environment Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices Availability for Monday - Friday day shifts, with potential overtime opportunities Reliable transport Willingness to complete Drug & Alcohol screening, Reference and Criminal History checks Forklift (LF) is advantageous but not essential.
