We are seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join a well-established civil contractor working on major Defence projects. About the Role General civil labouring on Defence infrastructure projects Assisting with the installation of underground services, drainage and stormwater Working alongside operators, pipelayers and civil crews Manual handling and use of hand and power tools Maintaining a clean, safe and productive worksite Following all site safety procedures and quality standards Approximately 50 hours per week , with ongoing work available What We're Looking For Previous experience in civil construction Experience working around underground services, drainage or road construction Construction White Card Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Ability to work as part of a team Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Essential Requirements Must be an Australian Citizen Must have a clean National Police Check (or be able to obtain one) due to the security requirements of Defence projects Ability to meet Defence site access requirements Highly Regarded Confined Space Entry Working at Heights Traffic Management tickets Plant operating tickets Experience working on Defence or government infrastructure projects Existing Defence Security Clearance What's on Offer Competitive hourly rates with penalties paid Approximately 50 hours per week Ongoing work on long-term Defence infrastructure projects Opportunity to work with a respected civil contractor Supportive team environment with a strong safety culture Career progression and development opportunities If you're an experienced Civil Labourer looking to work on high-profile Defence projects in Adelaide, we'd love to hear from you.
