Chef – Outback Queensland An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Chef to join a busy, owner-operated hotel in Outback Queensland. Located within a welcoming regional community and surrounded by classic Queensland landscapes, this venue is known for its friendly atmosphere, loyal local trade and supportive team culture, with approximately 10 staff living and working onsite together. This role is best suited to a capable and independent chef with strong grill and steak experience who is comfortable working both within a team and autonomously during quieter service periods. The kitchen operates at a fast pace, so candidates must be confident managing service, maintaining consistency and working efficiently under pressure. With accommodation and meals included, this is also an excellent opportunity to save money while gaining valuable regional hospitality experience.
