As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in guiding a passionate Food & Beverage team while embodying Sofitel’s signature Heartist culture. Supervise and manage food and beverage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service in accordance with company standards Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and analyse costs to optimize profitability Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile daily financial reports Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Train and mentor team members on service protocols, product knowledge, and customer engagement Conduct regular quality checks on food presentation, beverage preparation, and service delivery Collaborate with kitchen and food and bevearge ambassadors to coordinate operations and resolve operational challenges Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests Analyse operational metrics and provide recommendations for service improvements.
