At First Step Therapy Services (FSTS) , we're growing our multidisciplinary team and looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join us across our clinics in Clayton South & Heidelberg , as well as community and school settings . We Have a New Graduate Program We genuinely invest in early-career clinicians. As part of our structured new grad program, you'll receive: ✅ Regular 1:1 supervision with a Senior Speech Pathologist ✅ Monthly in-service professional development ✅ A collaborative, learning-first team culture ✅ Manageable caseloads from day one - no being thrown in the deep end ✅ A mix of clinic and community sessions to build versatile clinical skills What Your Days Will Look Like Working across our Clayton South and Heidelberg clinics and into the community, you'll: Assess and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to children aged 0–18 Design and implement individualized therapy plans focused on functional communication Collaborate with families, educators, and our allied health team for holistic support Prepare therapy reports and assistive technology assessments (full training provided) Contribute to team meetings, case discussions, and program development What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's in Speech Pathology — new grads encouraged to apply! Membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs Great communication, curiosity, and a team-first attitude Compliance Requirements: Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Screening Check First Aid & CPR Current Australian Driver's Licence About FSTS We are expert in paediatric physiotherapy and allied health services for children aged 0–18.
