Job Description About the role We’re looking for an experienced Remuneration & Benefits Advisor to join our HR team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid experience in compensation and benefits who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders. You will play a key role in delivering and maintaining our reward programs across Australia, ensuring our pay and benefits are competitive, compliant and aligned to business needs. This role can be based in Melbourne or Perth, with a flexible hybrid working model. What you’ll be doing Support and deliver annual salary and bonus review processes Monitor and apply updates to wages, awards and employment conditions Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation and internal standards Partner with HR, Finance and Payroll to deliver fair and consistent outcomes Maintain salary structures and support market benchmarking activities Provide advice on remuneration for new hires and internal movements Analyse pay data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities Contribute to gender equity, compensation and benefits reporting and compliance requirements Maintain reward policies, processes and documentation
