About the Role We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our growing team in a permanent position (subject to probation), with flexibility for full-time or part-time arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Manage a paediatric caseload (with scope to include adults if desired). Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based intervention. Provide services across clinic, educational, and community settings. Develop and implement individualised therapy plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards. Collaborate with families, educators, and allied health professionals. Demonstrate strong organisational, time management, and written communication skills. About You We are looking for a clinician who is: Curious, compassionate, and motivated to continue learning. Confident in working independently while valuing collaboration. Experienced in paediatric/adult service delivery (minimum 2 years preferred). Comfortable with clinic and community-based work (desirable). Demonstrates a strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practice.
