About the role: Our client is seeking experienced Recruitment Advisors to join the team on a temporary basis for an initial 3–6 month period during a major transition phase. These positions will play a critical role in supporting BAU recruitment. The roles will primarily support high-volume operational recruitment across multiple business units This is a highly hands-on environment suited to recruiters who are adaptable, team-oriented. Responsibilities: Manage high-volume recruitment across store operations, transport & warehouse Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to support hiring needs Coordinate video interviews, medical checks, and verbal offer processes Maintain accurate recruitment activity and workflow management within ATS Assist the wider team during peak periods and transition activities Contribute to a collaborative, flexible, and team-focused culture Support process efficiency and recruitment delivery targets across the function About you: Previous experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition Retail, logistics, operations, FMCG, or blue-collar recruitment experience highly regarded Comfortable managing large vacancy volumes and fast turnaround recruitment Confident working in agile, fast-paced environments Hands-on approach with willingness to support wherever required Benefits: Initial 3–6 month temporary opportunity Work with a highly efficient and established recruitment function Hybrid flexibility after initial onboarding period Supportive and collaborative team culture Western Sydney location – onsite parking available Core hours 8:30am–5:00pm with flexibility available
