Key Responsibilities: Play a central leadership role in delivering innovative design outcomes across a diverse range of scales and typologies. Confidently run projects from initial concept through to construction completion. Manage high-level client relationships and coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams. Mentor and supervise early-career designers, ensuring design quality and professional growth within the team. Contribute to project design strategy and assist in the development of major submissions and proposals. Drive regenerative design principles across all studio projects. Skills & Experience: 10 years of professional design experience within a reputable landscape or urban design practice. Strong foundational knowledge of best-practice project management and project life-cycles. Proficiency in Revit is preferred for this role, alongside the ability to produce high-quality construction documentation.
