Reporting to the Director and collaborating closely with other senior leaders the right candidate will offer: Exceptional client and team management skills Excellent communication skills A calm inclusive approach to leadership Technical skills and commercial acumen Key Responsibilities Support the Director in the growth of the practice Ensure smooth and efficient processes and the development of the team and its culture Ensure high quality client service Mentor staff to support personal and professional growth and improvement Oversee project allocations and resource planning against programmes and fees Mentoring and staff check ins Team reviews Active role in recruitment – managing the interviews Ensure high standards of record keeping Project reviews, provide advice on key construction details/ issues Site advice to project leaders as needed Represent the company at meetings and taking calls as needed Be the ‘go to’ when the Director is unavailable.
