The Role Handle customer orders, quotes, and enquiries via phone and email, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround Support customers and distributors with product, freight, and billing queries in a professional and helpful manner Troubleshoot issues and see them through to resolution, escalating where required Work closely with sales and operations to track orders, deliveries, and provide updates Maintain accurate data entry across systems (SAP/ERP) while managing multiple tasks and priorities Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent and reliable service About You Previous experience in customer service or internal sales within manufacturing, industrial, or related environments Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident using systems such as SAP or similar ERP platforms Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach Ability to work collaboratively across teams What’s On Offer?
