Due to continued growth and the commencement of a landmark project, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of the site delivery function on a large-scale multi-storey residential development. This is an opportunity to lead the construction of a significant project while working with an experienced project team and a business known for delivering quality outcomes. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and successful delivery of all on-site construction activities from structure through to completion. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, drive programme outcomes, maintain quality standards and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to budget. Key Responsibilities Lead all site operations across a major multi-storey residential project. Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all WHS requirements. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel. Drive construction programmes and short-term planning activities. Monitor productivity and sequencing to achieve project milestones. Ensure quality management processes are implemented and maintained. Manage defect minimisation and successful project handover. Conduct site meetings and maintain effective stakeholder communication. Work closely with project management, design consultants and client representatives. Mentor and develop Site Managers, Foremen and Site Engineers. Identify and mitigate construction risks and buildability issues. Maintain high standards of site presentation, compliance and documentation. About You To be successful in this role, you will be an accomplished construction professional with a proven history of delivering large-scale residential projects. Essential Experience Demonstrated experience as a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager or Construction Manager on major building projects. Proven delivery of at least one $200M multi-storey residential apartment development from structure through to completion. Strong understanding of high-rise residential construction methodologies. Extensive experience managing large subcontractor workforces and multiple site teams. Excellent knowledge of construction programming, sequencing and logistics. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to lead teams and build high-performing site cultures. Thorough understanding of safety, quality and environmental management systems. Qualifications Relevant trade or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline. Current White Card. Relevant site safety qualifications and certifications.
