Working within a major defence infrastructure program, you will join a growing team of more than 180 construction, engineering and project professionals delivering one of the state's largest and most complex developments. As the program continues to expand, you will play an important role supporting project teams through every stage of delivery, from planning and design through to construction. The Role You will be part of a well-established team of Project Administrators, providing essential support to Project Directors, Senior Project Managers, and multidisciplinary technical teams. Every day will be different as you coordinate documentation, assist with project governance, and help ensure projects remain organised, compliant and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating project documentation, reports, and registers Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes Supporting project governance, compliance, and reporting requirements Maintaining documentation across SharePoint and Microsoft Teams Assisting with onboarding new team members and project processes Liaising with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors Providing day-to-day administrative support across multiple projects About You You enjoy working in fast-paced environments where organisation and attention to detail make a genuine difference. You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting busy project teams. To be successful, you will bring: Experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator in a highly structured environment Exposure to commercial construction, engineering, infrastructure, mining, or defence projects Strong skills across Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to manage competing priorities with confidence Australian Citizenship (required to obtain security clearance) Why Join?
