Your daily tasks will include: You’ll lead from the shop floor, working closely with optometrists and customers while maintaining high standards across dispensing, service, and overall store operations. Providing welcoming and knowledgeable customer service Optical dispensing, including recommending lenses, taking spectacle measurements and interpreting prescriptions Fitting and edging lenses on-site Maintaining store layout, fulfilling orders and detailing customer records.
