Based in a modern metro office location, you will play a key role in coordinating high-quality care services, leading and supporting a team of carers, and ensuring clients receive personalised care that enables them to live independently at home. What’s on offer: $120,000 - $130,000 Superannuation Permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday Lead and support a team of 60 carers while working alongside an experienced and supportive management team Ongoing training and professional development to support your long-term career growth Metro-based office with travel across a growing Eastern Suburbs portfolio Join a growing organisation with exciting expansion plans Key Responsibilities: Complete initial client assessments and develop tailored care plans Coordinate and oversee Support at Home & NDIS clients Work collaboratively with Allied Health teams and care staff Build and maintain referral pathways and stakeholder relationships Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of premium Home Care services Ensure high quality client outcomes and service delivery standards are maintained About you: Current AHPRA Registration with experience as a Registered Nurse Previous experience managing NDIS & Support at Home clients Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to aged care A team player with excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to problem-solve, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Australian Drivers License If you’re a passionate Registered Nurse looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!
