About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales, recruitment, labour hire or employment services professional to join a high-performing Employer Engagement team in the Greater Sydney Metro region. Similar to an Account Manager role, this position is focused entirely on employer engagement and business development. You will be responsible for building employer relationships from the ground up across the Sydney metropolitan region, identifying workforce needs, generating vacancies and creating employment opportunities for participants across Workforce Australia, Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) and Transition to Work (TtW) programs. Working closely with Employment Consultants and site-based teams, you will source vacancies and develop employer partnerships, with participant matching and servicing managed by internal consultants. This allows you to focus on what you do best - building relationships, generating opportunities and creating long-term partnerships with employers. The role offers significant autonomy, flexibility and earning potential, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting employers and driving outcomes through relationship-based sales activity.
