About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded designer who enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion. Working across a diverse portfolio of workplace and commercial fit-out projects, you'll play a key role in developing creative design solutions while ensuring every detail is delivered to a high technical standard. You will collaborate with clients, suppliers and project stakeholders to create functional, engaging and visually impactful environments that balance aesthetics, practicality and commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop workplace layouts, space planning solutions and design concepts Create presentations, mood boards and client-facing design materials Select finishes, furniture, fixtures and materials to suit project objectives Produce detailed design documentation and drawing packages Prepare technical documentation including joinery and custom design details Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers and project teams throughout project delivery Support projects through design development, tender and implementation phases Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle Contribute ideas, innovation and creative solutions to workplace design challenges About You Qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture Experience working on workplace, office or commercial fit-out projects Strong capability across both design development and technical documentation Proficiency with AutoCAD and industry-standard design software Strong understanding of documentation standards and construction detailing Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Passion for creating environments that positively impact people and organisations What's In It For You?
