We're looking for a Gaming Night Manager to join a well-established hospitality venue in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee gaming operations and take accountability for the venue during evening and overnight trade. You'll enjoy A full-time role with every hour worked paid Training and development to help you continue building your hospitality career Ongoing support from experienced Venue Managers and operational leaders Opportunities to grow your career across multiple venues and leadership pathways The chance to be part of a well-established hospitality business with a strong reputation and long-term vision What You'll Be Doing As the senior leader on shift, you'll be responsible for the overall operation of the venue after hours, including: Managing gaming and TAB operations in line with Victorian gaming regulations and venue procedures Overseeing venue closing and security procedures Monitoring cash handling, reconciliations, safe balances and compliance requirements Maintaining high standards of customer service, presentation and cleanliness across the venue Supporting promotional activities and initiatives designed to drive venue growth Acting as the key decision-maker on shift when senior management are not present We're looking for someone who is confident taking ownership of a shift and enjoys balancing customer service, team leadership and operational responsibilities. You'll ideally bring Previous experience in a Gaming Supervisor, Gaming Manager or similar leadership role Strong understanding of Victorian gaming legislation and compliance requirements Excellent cash handling and reconciliation experience Proven ability to lead teams and maintain high service standards Strong organisational and problem-solving skills A hands-on approach with a willingness to support all areas of the venue Flexibility to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays Essential Requirements Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence Current Victorian RSA Certificate Current Victorian RSG Certificate Full Australian working rights Why Apply?
